1. Refund Request Window

Refund requests will be accepted only within 2 hours of successful registration or payment.

Requests received after this time window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must submit their request through the Contact Us form on our website.

Please include the following details while submitting the request:

  • Registered name
  • Registered email ID or mobile number
  • Course or workshop name
  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

This helps us verify and process eligible refund requests properly.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be processed only if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 2 hours of successful payment.
  • The request is submitted before attending or accessing the course/workshop.
  • The request is verified and approved by our support team.

4. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The refund request is submitted after the allowed refund window.
  • The participant does not attend the course/workshop without submitting a timely request.
  • The participant has already attended, joined, or accessed the course/workshop session.
  • Incorrect or incomplete details are provided during the refund request.

In case a participant is unable to attend the scheduled workshop or session, we may provide an option to attend the next available workshop or access an online course, subject to availability and approval.

5. Course Cancellation by Us

If a course or workshop is cancelled by us due to any unavoidable reason, participants may be offered either:

  • An option to attend a rescheduled session, or
  • Access to the next available workshop or online course.

Refunds in such cases will be handled based on the situation and final decision of the support team.

6. Course Pricing Policy

Course pricing is displayed based on the visitor's location.

Visitors from India will see prices in INR.

Visitors from outside India will see prices in USD.

The final payable currency and amount will be determined at checkout based on secure server-side location verification.
